Use the best web sample so the website is become heavy.

 

I would advise that you give the site a total redesign. If I were in your shoes-- I would take a look at some of your competitors and get an idea of the general scheme of things. If you have it in your budget, hire a guy to do the basic layout and then make modifications yourself. If you have the time, consider using photoshop and exporting your pages as slices-- then using whatever backend language to do the dynamic coding.

Remember, if your site is not eye popping, then people are less likely to use it.

 

High time your website should get a facelift.

Well your site seems kinda bulky although it is not (I guess)
use some other colour for links (Blue color links should be preferred for ad links) change it to li'l darker blue like the one of facebook.

 

a good layout or design will make it more better.

 

I think its poorly designed site you should use better template and color scheme, better header and logo too
