    It offers latest development of Mobile Number Portability, GSM Call Flows, And MNP. I would like to get some feedback about it.

    I think you should have your home page content on information that will help your visitors instead of information about yourself. I'd move that info to the "about me" page.

    I think it is a good starting point but is far from being finished. You should think about changing the fonts to begin with to be more eye-catching and use a more relevant picture in the header.
