I just had a look at your website and it generally looks good. I really like your designs
Only one thing – is that icon with those boxes on your banner next to the website name just above the toolbar the logo of your website? It isn't quite clear.
I like the idea of having your list of testimonials just below the introductory paragraph.

Took a while to load here in the UK. Its very...... colourful! You have a spelling/type error on one of the nav buttons on the nav bar - the word should be spelt 'portfolio'

More that the design, I think you have to focus of the content that is put into. Especially the yellow banners take away the attention too much.

Hey one thing I noticed is that the site takes a long time to load. Although, once it was up I was quite impressed. I like how you have not overwhelmed us with ads above the fold.

 

great looking site. tho, for a homepage you have to scroll all the way down. maybe you could just add another sub-page for the design.
