Seems a little busy... and the iframe toward the top of the page didn't load because Trend Micro blocked it as a "dangerous website".

is your site has side bar??? i thinks it's better put sidebar in your site. depend on me don't put search engine and google translator in head bar, put it in side bar.

Theres a lot of information on the first page... personally I don't like scrolling through lots of information on a home page, I would rather get enough information to let me know if its worth exploring the site a bit more. Could just be me though?

 

Hopefully it's just me but on my otherwise very quick connection this site took ages to load

Seemed to me like there was a lot going on, maybe too much. Also, the buttons and some other other elements make the site look dated
