    I have 6 months old website. I'm getting visitors and traffic as per my target.

    The first thing I feel when I visit that website is 'They are trying to sell me something' which turns me off to anything the site might hold information wise. I know what you are thinking how is that different from any of site that sells stuff? It just is, it's hard to explain it's a feeling. It looks like a website you would see in a pop-up window I usually block and not a website that's reputable.

    Design is very good.
    I just don't like question at start. Maybe because I hate any kinds of pop-ups )

    - The design is clear and easy to understand
    - You make it clear that website is focused on Resume/Job etc
    - Information is well organized on the website

    Design is very professional. The initial popup box is unnecessary. Also in my opinion, the top right 'Hosting' ad is not apt for that location. It's good to give some more catchy look to 'Order Status' link.

    The site is neat and clean. I guess it would be more attractive if an active blog is maintained publishing some informative articles with regard to career planning and so on regular basis.
