It's a bit too green in my opinion. It is also hard to navigate. You have ads on both left and right columns, where some navigation menu should be. As digitalseven already pointed out, I don't think that adsense is allowed in such website. Best of luck.
Your banner is great! But you should use some other professional font. Free professional fonts can be downloaded from the internet.
You need to make a decision about whether you want to make money through sales or through AdSense. If you want to make money through sales, make the "Buy Now" button much more prominent. If you want to make money with AdSense, use a large rectangle ad unit and place it at the top and bottom of the content to increase clickthroughs.
