well, the ad placement is fine, honestly.
But the topic of yoru blog will make adsense ban your account, just because you provide links to warez, and if you read the adsense's rules you'll see that a site with adsense cannot link to illegal content such as warez.

I like the blog, you get a lot of ads in there whiilst still making sure it has thta personal touch which a lot of people lose very very easily.

What exactly is warez, I know it's not good (obviously) but am not sure what it is

 

I would say thats clever placement. Also the clean blog layout attracts visitors
