The site is ok but I don't really lie the color of the top banner. It looks blurred. Please make it sharper.
Make header sharper. Meta tags missing. meta keywords and meta description. Footer is not good. Do good footer with some links and good copy right note.
Yes meta tags are missing in your site and second thing there is no such content in your site. I mean very few content is there. And footer is not proper mean it's almost blank footer and background color is also too dark.
Your meta tags are in the header. Are you done with your site? seems like you have a bit more work to do to clean it up. Too much empty space and too little fonts in other places. It is really hard to say what your website is about with this design. The focus of the website does not stand out.

I really think that the colours need sorting out. The text is difficult to read because black on the dark green background doesn't work. You need much stonger colour colour contract between the background and the text colour.
I can barely read the text of your website. Black text on dark green background is a terrible choice. Forget the layout, I can't and don't want to learn more about your site because it is so hard on the eye. Green and black does not make me think of money. It makes me think of the military.
the background is too dark.. just make it simple and nice with a nice layout. be more creative.. proof of payment needed.. all the best
Honestly, I dont think your website looks good. You might want to hire a cheap designer to handle the job instead.
