    Very nice banner, good layout, although a little too crowded I think. Easy to naviagate with the bar at the top. Overall, very good!

    Can your designer improve your blue circle icons in the menu? They are not transparent and can see the white.

    you had design flaws :
    - in one of the content. like : flash-arcade-game.php?gameid=77&gamename=Feudalism%20II
    the dark grey background with grey font is a big no-no

    - i test with 1024x768 screen resolution. it had horizontal scroll bar. This is current standard.. hope your website can fit well with this resolution

    - i think your site is not Internet Explorer Optimized yet..

    not optimized for chrome...

    also, the cubes holding games names are not very appealing.
    too much unused space in them, a lot of nothing.
