    i think you should make the site more colorful i agree with alpikor its look like a old page, page with no charm. i think if u don't ve a good outlook it can\may hamper ur site traffic.

    Good idea. Instead of using the introduction message of "Click here to join...", why not just put a simple join form in its place? You will get more sign ups.
