    Ad positioning is very nice.

    Header needs a bit of work.

    The design isn't bad but the header could be better you should put a logo and some
    graphics into the header.

    I think You can make a better header with logo.
    Ads posting is very nice. looks like menu.

    I agree with the concensus regarding the header. Also, the blue color you use on the domain name is a different hue than the other blue colors on the page . . . perhaps you did that purposely but if not, give it a second look. Overall, I like your website and layout

    Usability wise ad placement is poor. Most people go to the header or left sidebar for a menu. Yours are both ads. In fact I don't see a menu. Would be very confusing for most visitors.
