    Not Bad!! If it will carry a full width, then it will be awesome. Links from "Important Links" are not accessible. And also use a favicon. Hope that will help you.

    I haven't seen previous version, but honestly I wouldn't call it an update. Main question from me, as a fan of latest and greatest, why is it not responsive? I am also missing some 'hover' effects for main navigation.
    Besides that, in Stock_Auditing page, near Environmental Conditions Audit, '+' icons will confuse users. As it normally means 'click here' to expand. In your case it seems as if it is a bullet point icon.
    I took a look at the source code and noticed that you used nested tables, its not a good practice nowadays, it makes page seem slower because browser can't display anything before complete html is received.

    You should try, there a quite a few improvements you could make.
