I dont understand what you write here, you say your website is under development and even you post for review how can people review on under development site, event you dont post live link in your post,

i see your website it is wordpress installation with magazeen theme

improve your website add more content in your website otherwise it is difficult to understand like your username

HI mate..... i like your design, the color scheme... the contents ... but what is your tools to design this web do you use template ? blog template ... seems very familiar for me ...

 

sorry .... im not sure its "Designed by: PMC Multimedia", because the logo ... isnt blended with your overall design .... as i thought you're using wordpress template isnt it ?

I see that you put the articals and icons as list: one after another. But "Professional copywring..." and "Web desing Portfolio..." you put one in the left side and another in the right site.

 

i voted for "not bad" because you need to improve seo.

What I noticed on the website was
1) Use of H1 tag is not proper. It should fall in a sequence, it is randomly scattered
2) I can't figure out from the site which keyword you are trying to target.
3) look for key word proximity and keyword density
4) content is the key try put in some more keywords
5) You can even try to left align the logo
