Hello Everyone at DP, First of all I would like to wish you all a “Merry Christmas†and a “Happy New Yearâ€. I am testing my website and I have something you all may be interested in. This is what I need you to do, is go to rhonie.net and post a classified add for free. After you do this go to http://www.rhonie.us/rss/feeds.php, make a widget for your website, and post it. I will run your add free until January 29, 2010, providing you agree to leave your widget on your website during this time. After 1 February I will be charging a small fee to run the add for a year. Now the downside is that it is only running for the State of Virginia, and you must post it in Virginia Beach. This does not matter because you will be getting impressions for free that will link back to your add with a link to your website. Make sure you post a link to your website in the add. Also, is a bonus, if you send me a banner that is 468 x 60px in jpg image format. I will also post that on the top of my site in the banner area. To do this you have to agree to run the banner on your site also. This is the best way I can see for you to get free adds and impressions so everyone can test my website, before the official launch. Now I will need time to approve your posting, and it may take up to 24 hours for me to approve it for now. If it does not appear within that time frame, please P/M me. After the testing period I will be pulling all adds and you will need to register to the website. All of the contact info, adds in the Databases will be dumped. You will not be able to pay for an extension of your add, during the trial period, because I have the payment processing channels deactivated. I will not be sending you emails etc... or begging for you to post to the classifieds after the trial period is over or anytime for that matter. This is just an Alpha period of testing. Any or all of the sites may crash at anytime and be unavailable for upgrades etc... However, during this time, I will do my best to keep everything running smooth. This is a new concept so, I would like for you all to give it a try. I ask you to keep the postings clear of all pornography, and no rip-off schemes. I will check each and every link that is posted, and deny posting your add. I reserve the right not to post any adds that are offensive to me or anyone. At the same time, you will be held responsible for any of your adds that you post. You will be allowed to post in any area that is available. I may have to limit the post to only one. So you may be able to post that you like, but at the same time, your post may be deleted is time goes on. All post to the site will be reviewed by me before I post the add. In closing please spread this around, and lets get user supported widgets around. After the trial period to post an add the cost will be $60 a year to post. No cost per click or any other additional charges to post a basic add that will be read by anyone in the state you post in, or the state that web sites decide to post the widget on their site. Now I would like feedback on the site also, I would like to tell you a little secret, you will see a link on the main page that reads Virginia Beach. Please click on that link and see what you think also. Eventually that page will be linked with info about the area the city is located in.
