The site looks good, but the color scheme doesn't seem to match. Really colorful up top but very bland on the bottom. Also not a fan of the double header. One navigation should be all the site needs not two. 

 

I actually really like the site, design and content, the ads are really in the way though, can you make them more relevant or monetize in other ways?

 

Suggest making the menu buttons smaller, with a bit of space between.  Keep them large and colourful just not quite so big.

Good use of FTP type navigator on the downloads though.  Hope you get some traffic.

hey thanks all.. Ill soon fill it with some material at the bottom.. being a bit too busy in downloading so not getting enough time to put it in that way.

I liked the whole idea of your website. But you should think about unoccupied space in the bottom of the website, as well as about other website structure. As for me, you should place Recent Articles block somewhere to the right or at least a bit up. Also try to add some interesting blocks related to  your niche, as at the moment, site seems empty.
