oh... again... pop-up... Well, i don't know, maybe it is nice, but in my opinion a pop-up is... bad. many people won't read a site if it begins with such an annoying thing. i would get rid of it.... as to all the rest -- looks good. Maybe the dark-cocoa color is a bit strange, maybe it would be good to make it a bit brighter. However, all looks logical and straight, the site is easy to use and read. So, i would say 8/10. If this is your first site -- congrats!
