Alright, I was wondering about buying a domain/site that allows you to download YouTube videos. It came across my mind that what if it was copyright infringement. But I'm just letting people download the video, should I not buy the website/domain because it's a really great deal. The website is MP4YouTube.info
Personally i see no issue for you here but i would offer this as advice.... Stay away from .info domains unless you have months available to spend working on SEO and money to fund it as you just won't rank when it comes to the other extensions coming into the frame. You could go to my site and register the .net version of the domain for as little as $7.99 or the .org for $8!! These are more likely to rank highly within the SERPS and my prices are CRAZY!
Domain name may be cybersquatting the youtube brand. Trademarks can not be registered as domain names, in whole or in part. here are some UDRP decisions in youtube's favor based on trademark rights. Cybersquatting under the UDRP is defined as: (i) your domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights; and (ii) you have no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name; and (iii) your domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith. If you are going to invest some time and money here, you may want to have a domain dispute attorney take a look at your business model. EnricoSchaefer, Traverse Legal, PLC Cybersquatting Attorney
