Pros: Nice simple design. Targeted niche market.
Cons: Left sidebar menu items don't line up. You should probably hire a copy writer to redo all of your writing. It's obvious that English is not your first language. What you are trying to say is good, but word choice, word order and grammar can be improved.

Overall: Good concept, good design. If you get someone to smooth out the writing you should be in great shape.

 

Looks nice and clean, like the rentals should look like,
but its nothing special!

I really liked it, trully nice job.

 

Simple and clean template. You sould use hover for the text links and rollover for the image links to indicate activity and dynamics. The Real Estate logo below the house (the whole image) looks fuzzy, thus you may consider saving the image with better quality. If you use Photoshop, then use Sharp as a textual characteristic so the text can be better readable.
