    Nice theme, but I assume you have directly copied the videos, not much content on the site + you need to ad more AD units.

    Advertising on both ends screams bs site to me and i try to get out asap... also you need to do something about the banner on the top left. A small design with the title would make it better.

    1 Very poor logo.
    2 your website is quite slow but your website have good content.
    3 Your website can look better. You need to make small changes.
    4 Change the scroller in the header.

    Last thing, Your website have great content and you can build a large audience if you will work on its look and feel.
