    Could you please review my placement, blending, etc with all of the ads I have done on my latest website.

    Also, is this site agreeing to the Adsense terms of service?? Am I allowed to find or have videos submitted and post them here with a description, title, and ads....??

    The blending looks fine to me. I also don't see in any way it's going against the TOS including also the embeded videos.

    Your site is just a template with tons of ads, and Google Adsense YouTube videos.
    Eh, I don't like it, nothing about it is very static.
    You should change the homepage to something else besides 100% ads and a logo.
