This is my website www.bengalinfoline.co.in . I want to add a moving twitter bird in my site. So, will I add the bird in home page only or every page of the site? Please give your valuable advice.

You have got good banner and good index image . Your color choose is good I like your index.

 

I like the design. It looks very simple and has a very user-friendly navigation. As for the twitter bird, maybe you should keep it only on the homepage.
