First of all...your blog had a malware in it. This is my personal opinion. You don't need a SEO review, web designer is something what you do need. There are so many design problems what makes any SEO review a joke. Starting with Doctype, multible sites (www.lktex.com/index.html, www.lktex.com/, lktex.com/index.html and lktex.com/ <- all work, from SEO point of view: multible sites with same content on same IP and that's bad!), all of the css is declared onpage, not with separated file (makes the source code larger, also a bad thing), directory listing are available (what indicates that it's realy just a pile of statistic pages, makes updating your site really hard and that a third major bad thing). Also, your page has a table structure. It's ok, but there are two separated tables, first one for links and the second one, what comes later on the source code, is for the actual content. From SEO purposes, you get a better result when you use a well known table trick or change the whole structure to use div-tags. Matter of taste... While these are design flaws, you have to fix them before you can even think about SEO.
