    You need to work on your site, it's pretty much bland right now, with little content, and not a good design. Better redesign it.

    Your website is pretty well but what I see in this type of websites is that they do have a footer menu. You can have a good footer menu for your website.

    The design and layout is good. It may look better to have the peoples name on top and what the person does underneath their name.
    For example: John Doe
    Internet marketer
    then have the article underneath. (Just an idea. you can try it out to see how it looks.)
    Also the little part where you write a little about yourself it looks a bit blurry. When I had went to the bottom the white automatically catches my eye. the color it is now just made me look at it quickly.

    so make some changes in design then it looks attractive so try to do it.
