    I like this layout and color selection too. Also, to go with it, looks like you have good content. Are you making any money with the leads I see on the page?

    Clean and simple. Nice. Good placement of ads and social buttons. The navigation bar seems a little busy but you seem to have done a pretty good job organizing it all.

    I would keep as is. Navigation is still very efficient despite having such a busy navigation bar. Splitting it up to the side may hinder more than help.

    DO not use too many Google ad sense content in the start, it spoils the look of the home page..
    Move it to side bars.
