    WHY does your site switch colors schemes? You have like 3 there that I can see. Stick to one color scheme/layout.

    You don't really have much content there also, work on that.

    O and another thing, if you are using a wordpress or drupal get a clean template. This way you will retain some better members and get return members.

    Design factors heavily in site promotion and in marketing, so put some time in there.

    I don't use templates either, I make my own.

    I don't have photoshop.
