Seems fairly active and nice.

I would suggest a forum for webmasters to talk about hosting providers etc... as I've never seen a webmasters forum with this in though I believe it would be a popular section of the forum.

Overall a very nice forum. The only nicer webmaster forum on the web is DP, If you could get a nice userbase and start ranking well for your SERP's you will be onto a winner

Maybe it's just me, but the gradient coloring for each forum category makes it hard on the eyes when trying to read the title and description. Perhaps a single color would look better?

Overall I like the layout though. Very user-friendly

 

Made many changes, please have a look again.
