Please review my webmaster board

    I am the administrator of http://nosforum.com, a webmaster board, and I am having quite a difficult time promoting it and getting people to join. Is there anything wrong with it, such as the SEO or the content?
    I would appreciate good review :)

    Well it looks professional. Could of use some graphics for the buttons.
    That's the only downfall. Put some graphics up and it would look pretty good.

    Yes indeed, I will probably need a bit more staff to help me promote. Also I will add more categories once there are more members, otherwise there may be some sections having only 1 - 10 topics.
