    You should get rid of the top middle adsense bar it doesn't look good it looks like an MFA website, since you already have at the same height your adsense box on the top left.

    Consider redesigning a more graphic friendly top header/banner.

    You can raise your traffic by a significant amount and also add value to your website by adding a webmaster tool section.

    Too much Advertisements removes the quality, but are smart enough to make look ads as part of content
