I can tell you 2 groups:
whois tools - actual and historic data in bulk mode
regex tools - for advance and beginner users

1) whois tools already exist in the http://wtools.io/check/whois (Check->IP tools)
2) You are right, it's very importent tools for developers and I think I can create this tool very soon.

I can not tell you much about your website. From my experience I can tell you some toughts. This organized sidebar is very simple to use. Content area si also simple, with clearly organized headings, forms and text. At the moment I have not much use of your tools. I really like the design and theme. It seems you organized theme, design and code. The site is very fast, no latency between calculations. Not sure about the abbrevation, explanation of the tools in each category.
