Design is too simple and does not meet the content of a site ...

 

I think you should put some content!

 

Try to integrate better the adsense. Is ugly to see those banners in header and footer. In rest is very stylish, I like the colors, but some more content will help.

My honest opinion is that it need some improvement on the color selections. Not eye-friendly.

You may want to add a banner like someone suggested, maybe some different colors the bold blue on white looks a little out of place try having a blue background with white content boxes? I'm not sure if you like it its fine I was just suggesting things

 

the Google ad-sense is not looking good...put it on the left side, it'll look better!
