    actually it's nice site but i don't like the banner, you should create more clean... just my cent :)

    1. color theory: your header menu "home, web hosting, reseller, etc" are too dark, use contrast of yellow or near that.
    2. "Quality" and "web hosting" are subject of satisfied, you can give "ads" for prove that, so "99%" or "24x7" are need to focus.
    3. really, i always like "picture of human" on my hosting server. check dr*am host / blu* host / host g*tor
    it is like personal approach for me :)

    that is it .. IMHO

    Sorry we actually did have an outage earlier. It was a simple error that will not happen again.

    We had an outage the problem is fixed now. We figured out the issue, and have taken actions to make sure it will not happen again.

    in my opinion , maybe you can put phone number or email below the live chat..

    and also, give a hover simple change bg color in your menu categories
