Hi there, i hardly find anything which i could critize. I also use indexscript as directory script and i know that the rewrite engine is not the best so i would suggest you to substitute the underlines with hypens in the URLs at the main page. You may found a guide how to do it at my blog.

This directory is 4 month old
Page Rank- PR2
Backlinks- 10,820
Average Traffic- 150-170 daily
Website submited- around 3000
Traffic come from directory of directories,forums, etc..

I get very little traffic from search engines

we have done all basic things for SEO.. still very little traffic from search engine say around just 3-4 daily

 

The design is a bit too basic.. and the layout looks outdated. I like the curve you used in your header however.. I think the content area needs work (it's too plain).

I think you should add a small description about the web directory somewhere in the header or above the categories list. Also, some information about each category and sub-category in the directory, but that if at times too time consuming.

Nice domain, looks like a nice directory but maybe a bit plain.

 

The site's not bad - though you have a spelling mistake on your strap line...

It should read "One Of The Fastest Growing Online Web Directories" not "Directory"

Besides, IMHO that's a claim you can't possibly back up. Unless you've actually measured the growth rate of other directories or got some figures about average growth rates how can you state that? In the UK we call that false advertising and it's illegal.

It just says "Hey I'm a liar" to everyone you're trying to persuade to do business with you. Just my opinion. It doesn't add anything to what you've got, and people don't care how big you are - in fact, in a directory, the fewer competing entries the better - it's traffic people care about. How many people are gonna see my ad?
