There is alot of unused space around, try to fill it up with something.

Otherwise that's not bad at all

 

I agree that there is a good amount of unused space, filling it up with something would really help. Otherwise, the site looks very nice.

 

Very nice site, as others have said, use that whitespace, it's wasted and well, empty

The design looks ok but are you sure that this is a site made by you?
It looks very familiar with another file host site. There is a script running on the net whit this

 

always design of site must be unique so keep your site update

I rate it 4/5

it lacks something that would make the site stand out from the rest of the file sharing sites.

 

Here are some pros: definitely like the flags on the top right, it makes it look like you're more established and put together. The tabs on the top, keep it simple to navigate, and the site is not cluttered.
Here are some cons: the 'filestab' logo looks amateurish, the 'Feature' word on the left has way to many asterisks around it, under the 'filestab' logo, you're missing a description of the purpose of the site. Even though it's obvious, you should have something like 'Send Files Instantly', something along that.

 

Here is my reviews

1. Header section - You may consider to use another color instead of the current. It's looking so dull for me, plus it hurt my eyes. Logo is ok.

2. You should insert the comparison table to boost your conversion rate. Just a benefits of "Premium Members" is not enough. The visitor can make decision easier if they see how different between "Free" and "Paid" throughly. Your layout already have a lot of unused space so use it wisely.

Otherwise I cannot say anymore until I see the more complete version. This just look like a draft only.
