If you want to be taken seriously you really wanna make sure it validates and I can see there are quite a few things there which will stop it from validating. Stick to XHTML Strict is also a good idea.
Definitely pay attention to standards; your portfolio should epitomise exactly what you can do for other people. Color scheme is solid; layout is good, clean and professional - might want to work on spacing/padding in the "boxout" (green) areas on your service overview pages. Please don't take this comment the wrong way.. but personally i'd remove the pic of yourself. You look quite young; and if you're pitching to people who perhaps aren't too aware of the "behind-the-veil" side of the internet then its very likely they won't appreciate that age does not necessarily determine skill or ability when it comes to this sort of thing. It might just be me, but I'm just trying to imagine this from the view of some stuffy old company owner

I was going to say that he looks too young also but didn't want to offend him, I think people won't take you as serious looking so young, you won't be complaining when your older though There are 32 errors in total, check the W3 link and you can fix them easier. W3 Validation
I had a peek and I like the color scheme and I have to agree when I first saw your picture I was thinking "boy, he looks young".
Very colorful,good looking site,but just find that the logo of ur site is too small.A big logo should be better.
