It's not bad. I like the colors and layout. I think you should get a nice image for the page header. It would look better than the text there.

header image would be good to start. Then maybe a logo. Layout could use some work too... like a menu of different video topics so people dont have to look through all the pages.

But I'm guessing you just put up the site to try to get adsense revenue? it may work ok for that.

 

change adsense location that help you to get some clicks
