I think it looks pretty slick. Like the layout.

 

The site looks great it has a professional look and feel to it.

 

I am not being harsh when I say this. People already have youtube, google videos etc. Everyone that is everyone will go to those sites first and foremost.

You have a better chance to be more specialized instead of to generalize. By that I mean this...

Once upon a time I decided to create my own site with videos as well. I thought of the script I bought and knew I could draw videos from youtube, google and several other sources, but had a long hard think on how I wanted to monitize the site and also make it different. Of course I wasn't youtube or google and I knew it, so I looked at my hobby (Anime) and thought... "hey! There is tons of anime videos around and especially AMV's" and so I made the effort to get the script a bit customized and ended up with a great anime site that featured only specific anime that I have watched and therefore it was easier to monitize and also it did really well in terms of traffic.

It's great having tons of videos, but that doesn't make you any different than any other site trying to do exactly the same thing.

That is my two cents.

it doesn't look like youtube.. but it's alright....

 

Make it easy for people to embed a video. Copy Youtube's format for the embed link as people will be familiar with that.
