Hey, it isn't a bad site, but you need to upload a nice logo for the website. Also, you need to get a new theme.
You want to make it look as professional as possible

    No problem @Roberts.

Another tip you could use is, once you get the new theme, make an facebook page and button for your website.
You can generate traffic from there

As previous posters told please do change the theme. Try to get more traffic thro' various means including craiglist postings...

Right now I'm just using 7search PPC and I'm about breaking even on the site, though it's only been up for about 2 weeks.

I don't dig the functionality of that hotel booking engine. It isn't user-friendly in my eyes. For example, I searched for a specific hotel, the Carlton Inn Midway in Chicago, that I do marketing for, and it came up with an average room rate about $20/night more than it would directly on the hotel's reservations page or through Expedia. And, when I continued to get the exact price for an exact date it showed no rooms available, which isn't true.

So, even though hotelscombined must be offering a much higher commission rate than Expedia or hotels.com or orbitz, I'd better your conversion rate is significantly lower. And, I'd bet your loyalty rate is even lower still.

I'd be curious to see you do an experiment of swapping from hotelscombined to expedia for one week, and see how your conversion rates and income change.
