    Overall.. the theme is good.. But,the header looks a bit unprofessional..

    ad placement is good, Its right there to increase clicks, its the first thing I saw when i visited the site

    I think you can improove your click through rate by changing it like this. "|" is the column seperator.

    Videos | Ads
    Videos | Ads

    Instead of your current one which is:

    Ads | Ads
    Videos | Videos

    Get a new header and put the ads in the middle not at the top. If I see ads at the top of a page I normally look elsewhere.

    P.S. - I hate megavideo, find something better to host the videos on.

    The color scheme are not bad, but you must change the style of the title, looks old..

    you don't need two adsense blocks for a header.

    Makes it look like an ad site only. They should blend in better!
