Yusri, I just reviewed another DP member's site and I will tell you the same thing. As I am not very experienced in making websites I think my outlook might be similar to that of a potential customer. I am not going to click "free trial" until I know "how it works." I think this step would likely help increase conversions and increase the rate of people at least willing to try or click on the "free trial." I think first, instead of that "free trial" button, you might want to consider having a "how it works" button that leads to a page explaining the process and what makes your service better or special and then have a "free trial" button on that page. I don't know if that is helpful but those are my two cents.
thanks for comment.. InTh3Moment : I am a white hat backlinks service suppliers. how do you think? do I need to delete freetrial or provide an explanation of how it works? markyboy : thanks..
I suggest that you will include in your site a small video about the service you are offering. Can you include the Free Trial in the Pricing Table so that potential customers could see the features they will get if they avail the Free Trial version and be able to compare what features they need when they want to upgrade? The scrolling of the Testimonials from up and down and vice versa is not doing good. I suggest that you have them static. Good luck!
