If this is Wordpress, use "Smart Youtube PRO" plugin - you can setup to block with it those nasty in-video annonations / links which currently makes video covered by them and looks not nice + it has some additional convenient options too
I like it! yes even the orange its very clean. i really like what you have done its a outstanding job i would be patting myself on the back right about now if i had put this together great job.
