    It looks fine but overwhelming. There so much text and i guess you need to add some nice graphics to make it more attractive.

    you should place the Ads on the same location for each page. I would recommend you to place the Ads column in the right of the page; in this way, your page content will be between the left column menu and the right column with Ads.

    Uf , I like the header...but definitely to much content text on the firs page! But this probably good for ads :) Need some pro look...otherwise good
