I like the images in the header, but I think you should remove the star next to the links in the navigation of the site. The title of the page is too long and you have a bunch of keywords in your title, you should make the title shorter, the title should be a meaningful sentence and it should contain a few of your most important keywords. You should also get rid of the pop up.
