    Thanks guys but the thing is that I used to be a PR4 without even knowing what a PR is! Now that I'm putting effort in, I've fallen to PR3 and bombed in my Google rankings causing my traffic to nosedive.

    What I'm really interested in is any advice at all to get back in with Google, SEO stuff and any other advice on inceasing traffic. Am I making any obvious SEO mistakes? Anywhere I could improve?
