Hi Guys, so far I get about 1000 UV a month from this site, but no revenue? What am I doing wrong? What do you guys suggest? its for italiatrips.com
Hi, the first thing I notice is that your banners in the right hand column are very close together. Try and leave a bit more space between them. Is the traffic you are generating targeted? You have some great content. Think about giving away a free report or ebook as this generates more interest, and place some of your affiliate links in the text. You can get some good travel plr products which you can easily modify.
plr products or public label rights, are simply articles, books, or software that you can buy and modify to make it your own. If you type in "your keyword+plr" into google you should be able to find some. Be wary of using duplicate content unless it is your own, in which case you could just change a few words in some of the paragraphs.
the site looks good. you need a favicon and i think another placement of the ads. try to use google adsense in posts not below.
Hi bigmike, Great blog - I really enjoyed reading your articles, and I'm sure your fab content is a part of the reason you're doing so well on the traffic front! You might want to try using Expedia Affiliate Network's white label tools on your site - personally if I was a visitor to your blog, I would be more inclined to click to search for hotels in cities you write about than to click on the more generic banners you have available. A lot of people seem to suffer from banner blindness, so it's always good to try and target your affiliate products and adverts as much as possible - instead of an "Italy" banner, a "Hotel Italia that I stayed in last time I was in Rome" search form should convert better for you - you've done this well with your Amazon products. Using our White Label products would enable you to start to create a travel brand of your own, or you could capitalise on the authority of the Expedia/Hotels.com brands by setting up a co-branded header and footer, or even a completely Hotels.com branded site. If you're interested, feel free to drop me a line on eanmkt@expedia.com and I'll send you some more details. Regards Louise Bell Expedia Affiliate Network http://expediaaffiliate.com
This is a site with a clean and attractive appearance. The writing style is clean and gentle. The posts span a wide range of interests all of which are connected to travelling in a simple conscious life. I found the thoughtfulness expressed in the posts very appealing and have placed this blog on my reading list.
