    Hi Overall the site is ok, for adsence you may need research more from other, the current style opportunity for other to click is super low.

    I like your choice of colors, very soothing. You may want to always show the date of the articles instead of only showing them on hover.

    The site could be a bit clear.In the middle right hand side its too jumbled up a lot of things.You could give some facilities in your site in which users can book different flights within a particular country or countries by only attending your site.Also in which they will have total details about their travel,their stay,some offers in which they get travel guides etc........Best of luck!!!:)

    Things on your sidebar are a bit "jumbled" like another poster above said. Might wanna remove one of those to Tags widget, it's kinda redundant.
