Nice site. But try reducing the usage of image to raise ranking in search engines and make the load time faster.

 

Lots of images on your site so its taking too much time in loading so just optimize it otherwise site is looking good

I would recommend adding more categories.

 

Good luck with your directory Maybe adding a little bit of movement like a banner from affiliate or a animated gif banner related to travel But is a nice and clean directory, keep it like that

 

Nice Domain Name, I agree that the font is too small and you are not using the whole screen. I suggest to put off on advertising till your site starts to have decent traffic.

 

for travel guide...try to give complete information and picture..i think people will gonne love it...
