Hey, i recently built a themes site for such scripts as phpnuke,smf,vb etc i have built it all from scratch & design though there are some issues in ie with the design but will fix them soon. description: designers can submit there themes the've made for free, and free to download. Simply signup. upload theme & screenshot then i will review the theme and approve it. It's still in beta as there most probably is some bugs.
