I have had trouble getting uses to join this site. I was wondering if my copy is not enticing enough or if it will be difficult just because of the nature of ad exchange sites? The site is www.textvisitors.com
Here are a few changes I believe you could make: - cut out the red text - create a "how it works" page, and move all the text about how it works there - get a logo that someone will remember - remove the adsense - rewrite the homepage text I used to run an arcade banner exchange [arcadebannerexchange.net] using the banner exchange version of that script, and I found that helped.
You should have your site title be much more bold. You could use a header and a logo. Also, I won't use that red color for the font. Each section on the homepage should be clearly marked. "Hoe the program works" for instacnce should be bold, underlined or a color other than the main text.
