Hope you open minded to some constructive criticism... It appears your main goal for creating the site wasn't for tutoring, but for Adsense revenue. The ads placed throughout the page aren't just distracting, but completely unrelated to the topics for that page. Anyone coming to this site would be very disappointed with what "tutoring" you're offering and would be gone within a few minutes. The site is also very amateurish in appearance and doesn't have a clear sense of what you want the visitor to do. If it's just another Adsense page, quite honestly I think you're wasting your time. If you genuinely wanted to have a site that can generate revenue, drop the Adsense ads and redo the site from scratch. Give it a more professional look (there are dozens of template sites you can get a template for $40-$50) and focus on giving actual tutoring. Give some away free so you can build your marketing list, and offer more advanced topics for a fee. You'll make tons more money and have a site that gives tremendous value.
It needs more up to date design, it can still be very simple, but have it look as if its new. It can be as simple as rounded edges, gradient or cool abstract background and a much nicer logo. Good luck, try to put up some contests on this site.

Post a project telling them what you want - don't hold back on your imagination of what the site can do. If you can think of it these guys/gals can program it! For a site like yours you'll spend between $100-$150 to have the site created, but that will include the graphics AND the programming for the site. You can have the whole thing ready to go in less than a week. Here's what you'll get out of it: 1. A professional looking site with more functionality and interactivity 2. No work for you 3. Thanks a lot for response. I have opened the projects on script lance and guru. I got several offers in a day. Reviewing all of them and contacting them through e-mail. I just made the website ad-free and change a little (look and feel), how is it looking? Please post comments till I am working on making it professional.
