Logo is pretty bad. And you should make your ads blend more

 

Not too fancy, but I guess it does what its supposed to.

 

The logo could use some work, overall its a clean layout.

I am pleased to see you advertising your RSS feed so prominently! Most Web authors don't do that -- and that is a shame -- for in many cases RSS can lead to a great increase in regular visitors -- it can be a great tool!

Maybe a few photo's or graphics for the posts and for the header...
